I hate wasted food so I try to come up with recipes that I can use my leftovers for that are delicious.

Here is the perfect recipe that you can use for leftover grilled chicken. Make a dip and serve it at your next tailgating party or just serve at the house.

EVERYDAY INGREDIENTS:

2 cups leftover barbecue chicken, shredded
1 bottle chunky blue cheese dressing
1 (16-ounce)package cream cheese, softened
1 small bottle Frank’s hot sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

STEP ONE: Assemble all ingredients and cooking utensils. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
STEP TWO: In an oven safe dish, spread cream cheese along the bottom.
STEP THREE: Place shredded chicken into a bowl. Add blue cheese sauce and Frank’s hot sauce (depending on how hot you’d like it).
STEP FOUR: Spread chicken mixture over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses (too much cheese will make it hard for dipping).
LAST STEP: Cook for 20 minutes or until cheeses becomes bubbly.

Serve with your favorite chips…

This is so good, that you might plan on leftovers the next time you grill some chicken.
