Creole Tartar Sauce Recipe

A spicy creole tartar sauce recipe that is perfect for fish recipes that need a little kick.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Creole or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbs chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine tartar sauce ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour

Yield: 1 1/3 cups
