Wild Willy’s One-Derful Barbeque Rub or Mix


  • 6 tbs paprika
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 2 tbs ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbs sugar


  1. Combine rub ingredients in a bowl
  2. Rub the meat completely (inside and out for poultry)
  3. Place meat in plastic bags and refridgerate overnight before grilling, smoking, etc.

This rub will store well in a sealed container.
