A little google searching fixed that. I found a site that gave me exactly what I was looking for “how long to cook ribs.” With ribs it is very hard to know when they are done. I found out that your standard rib has to be cooked until you can semi-wiggle the bone away from the meat. This will happen because the meat will be thoroughly cooked and won’t be stuck to the bone as much. Feel free to try out my recipe and now you can know when they are really done. […]
